2. Registration and Enrollment

A valid parent/guardian must provide consent for learners under 18.
Enrollment is subject to availability and the student’s academic needs.
3. Payments and Refunds
Tuition is billed monthly and must be paid in advance.
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, direct deposit, POS, or approved payment platforms.
Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice before the session begins.
No refunds for missed sessions unless due to a verified emergency.
4. Attendance and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling.
Tutors will wait up to 30 minutes for late arrivals before the session is marked as a “no-show.”
5. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.
Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior toward staff or peers will result in suspension or dismissal.
Parents/guardians must ensure a quiet, safe, and device-ready learning space for online classes.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect and store limited personal data for educational purposes only.
Your child’s records, performance data, and session history are confidential and will not be shared externally without your consent.
All online sessions are conducted through secure platforms.
7. Termination of Service
Kids Success Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Breach of these Terms
- Disruptive or unsafe behavior
- Misrepresentation during enrollment
